I wanted to explore different personalities and let people know the answer to questions, “What kind of personality do you have? That of a cat or a dog?”
In the Personality Quiz project, I designed and built my very own interactive, Buzzfeed-style Personality Quiz. Interactive is the keyword here. I built on my HTML and CSS skills by learning how to add interactivity to a website using JavaScript. First, I explored how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript connect to create a dynamic webpage with the use of the DOM. Next, I learned how to collect quiz taker input using variables. Finally, I implemented event listeners, functions, and conditionals to return an outcome based on a person’s answers.
